Cleansing programs are customized to last a few days or up to a month, depending on where each person is at physically, mentally and spiritually. Cleansing should be gentle; eating a wholesome diet of mostly legumes, fruits and vegetables and gradually allowing the body to detox without the overload of substances such as coffee, sugar, and alcohol.
